Questions and answers

What is a Telegram userbot?

A userbot runs commands through a connected Telegram account. A regular bot replies under its own identity. Cluster supports both: your account for chat commands and a personal bot for buttons and notifications.

Is this a separate Telegram account?

No. You connect your own account. Your Cluster profile keeps the subscription and settings independently.

How do I connect Cluster?

Create an account, purchase a subscription or redeem a gift code. Connect Telegram by QR code or phone number, then install modules from the catalog. A personal bot is connected separately; some features require it.

Does my computer need to stay on?

No. Your userbot runs on the Cluster server. You can close the browser or turn off your computer; the modules keep running. The console is available on the website and in the Telegram Mini App.

Do modules get access to everything?

You choose permissions during installation. Advanced Telegram API access requires a separate permission. Check the author and module description before granting access.

What is the minimum age?

Cluster accounts are available from age 13. Minors need a legal guardian's consent. Connecting Telegram also requires compliance with Telegram's own age rules.
