Terms of Service
Last updated:
English version. A Russian version is available using the language selector. Mandatory user rights are unaffected by the selected language.
1. Scope and contract formation
These Terms govern the use of Cluster, a hosted service for managing a Telegram account, modules and a personal bot through a web interface. The provider is identified in Service Provider Information. Account registration requires acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Notice.
A paid subscription is purchased separately. The user selects a period, reviews the total price and renewal terms, and confirms the order on the Stripe checkout page. Paid access is activated after payment confirmation by the payment provider. Registration alone does not create an obligation to purchase a subscription.
2. Eligibility and account authority
Cluster registration is available from age 13, subject to any higher minimum age required by applicable law. Users under 18 must obtain legal guardian consent to use the service and, when purchasing a subscription, to enter into a paid contract. Connecting Telegram also requires compliance with Telegram's age and eligibility requirements.
The user must be entitled to use the registered email address and connected Telegram account. The user is responsible for protecting sign-in credentials and for authorizing owners, trusted users and module permissions. An additional owner receives extensive authority to manage the userbot.
3. Subscription and renewal
Base plans are USD 20 for 30 days, USD 60 for 90 days and USD 200 for 365 days. Any applicable taxes or other mandatory charges are included in the total disclosed before the order is confirmed. The user's bank determines any bank charges and currency conversion.
Stripe subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until renewal is disabled in the subscription section. Disabling renewal stops future recurring charges and preserves paid access until the current entitlement expires. Account deletion is not a substitute for submitting a refund request.
A gift code extends access and, for an active subscription, defers the next charge. A lifetime code provides access without a scheduled expiry date and cancels the recurring Stripe subscription. A code received free of charge has no cash redemption value. Service availability remains subject to the other provisions of these Terms.
4. Modules and profile verification
Modules may be supplied by independent developers. Users select modules and their permissions. Developers are responsible for lawful distribution, accurate descriptions and the necessary rights to their code and materials. Publication in the catalog does not itself imply review by the provider.
A module badge applies to a specific reviewed version and its described functionality. A profile badge indicates that an administrator has verified the profile on the basis of the information provided. A distinct founder badge identifies the service founder profile. The badges serve different purposes and do not guarantee code security, all conduct of a user, or the quality of every publication. Profile verification may be withdrawn if its basis no longer applies or the badge is misused.
5. Acceptable use and content
Illegal content, child sexual abuse material, fraud, spam, malicious code distribution, unauthorized access and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited. Users must comply with applicable law and Telegram's terms. Reports may be sent to the provider with relevant identifiers and a description of the circumstances; illegal material need not be forwarded.
Rights in uploaded content remain with the respective rights holders. The user authorizes the provider to store, process and display that content as necessary to operate the selected features and visibility settings. Publishing source code does not automatically grant an open-source licence.
6. Suspension and data retention
The provider may restrict access or stop a module where there are substantiated indications of a breach, a security threat, or a lawful requirement. Measures must be proportionate to the circumstances. Unless prohibited by law or prejudicial to an investigation, the user will be informed of the reason and may challenge the measure using the contact email.
A three-day renewal grace period follows expiry of paid access, after which the userbot is stopped. Working data is retained for 30 days after that stop and is then subject to deletion. Account deletion can be cancelled within seven days of the request. Data export does not include the Telegram authorization session.
7. Availability and liability
Telegram, payment services and third-party modules depend on their respective suppliers. Maintenance and interruptions may occur. The provider takes reasonable steps to maintain the service but does not guarantee continuous availability. Users should retain appropriate copies of important data. Refunds for failure to provide paid access are addressed in the Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by any other provision.
8. Changes and applicable law
Material changes to terms or prices will be communicated before they apply. Changes do not retroactively alter services already supplied or extinguish accrued user claims. The contract is governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules applicable in the user's place of residence. Disputes may first be raised with the provider using the contact details.
